You leave with a map of where answers get stuck in your business, whether you buy or not.

Where the time goes

Every business leaks time in the same four places

The leak: Answers stuck in systems

Let me check and get back to you

The fix: Ask once, get the answer from every system

The leak: Decisions stuck in meetings

Didn't we agree this last week? Who's doing it?

The fix: Every decision recorded, every task owned

The leak: Work stuck in email and chat

It's somewhere in the thread

The fix: Requests become tracked work. Nothing waits silently

The leak: Goals stuck in slides

We find out at quarter end that it slipped

The fix: Work linked to goals. Slippage shows early

How it works

Less chasing. Less waiting. More doing

Connect

Your tools, documents, meetings and chats, using the permissions you already have. Nobody sees more than they do today.

Understand

One living memory of your business: what was decided, who owns what, and where things stand.

Deliver

The right information reaches the right person when they need to act. An agent drafts, a person approves.

Two ways in

Use the AI you have, or ours

1

Your own assistant

Already pay for Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT? Connect it to Cue and it can see your business, safely.

  • Same permissions as the person asking
  • Works with any assistant that supports open connectors
Recommended2

The Cue workspace

One shared workspace for the whole team, running in your environment, on the AI model you choose.

  • Pay for usage, not a licence per person
  • Shared memory, tasks and goals in one place
  • Connections
  • Memory
  • Audit trail

Both use the same connections, memory and audit trail, so you can start with one and add the other.

For everyone who acts

What a cue looks like in your seat

Owners

Three commitments from last week's leadership meeting are overdue. Here's who owns each

Which accounts are over 60 days overdue, and who looks after them?

Sales

A customer asked for today's price. Reply drafted from the current price list and their terms

Four accounts went quiet this month. Here's the last thing each one asked for

Operations

Order 4471 ships Thursday, not Tuesday. The customer hasn't been told yet

Sales promised a delivery date your schedule can't meet

Finance

Month-end figures pulled from accounting and the bank, with notes drafted for review

Spend on this project is 18% over plan, and here's why

Questions

Before you ask

Which tools do you connect?

Email, calendars, documents, chat, CRM, accounting and most systems with an API. If it holds information your team needs, we can usually reach it.

Do we need new AI licences?

No. Use the assistant you already have, or the Cue workspace, where you pay for usage, not per person.

What if we stop?

You own your data and your Cue setup. If you leave, you take both with you.

How long until it's useful?

The pilot runs four weeks. The pilot is planned so your first cues arrive in week one.
