Nine Kites Rapport

A CRM you own, shaped to how you sell

We set up Rapport for your team, brand it, shape it to your sales process and hand it over. It runs in your own hosting account, so the data and the system are yours. No per-person fees.

From £2,500 setup. Hosted in your account, your data stays yours.

Where sales go missing

Small teams lose deals in the same six places

The problem: Leads lost in inboxes

I'm sure they emailed us last month

With Rapport: Forward the email and it lands on the right contact

The problem: Follow-ups forgotten

Did anyone get back to them?

With Rapport: Every follow-up is a task with an owner and a date

The problem: Pipeline in a spreadsheet

It's all in Dave's spreadsheet

With Rapport: One shared board the whole team works from

The problem: No view of the month

What actually closes this month?

With Rapport: Totals by stage on the board, or just ask

The problem: Contacts walk out the door

When she left, her contacts went with her

With Rapport: Every contact and conversation stays with the company

The problem: Admin eats selling time

Friday afternoon is CRM catch-up

With Rapport: Log calls and update deals by telling your assistant

AI-native

Most CRMs bolt AI on, Rapport is built for it

Connect Claude or ChatGPT and your team runs the CRM by asking. The assistant reads and updates Rapport with the same access rules as the person asking, so nobody sees more than they should. It drafts, your team sends.

Ask what is stalling

Which deals haven't moved in two weeks?

Two deals in Proposal sent, £64,000 between them, with the last contact on each

Log a call

Log a call with Sam: they want 10 sites, not 12

Call note added to Sam. Retail rollout updated to £40,000

Update a deal

Move the warehouse fit-out to Won

Stage changed to Won. This month's won total is now £53,000

Draft the follow-up

Draft a follow-up for the spring stock order

Draft ready, using the last email and the quote on the deal. You review and send

Own, don't rent

Why own your CRM instead of renting one

Rented CRMs are good products. They charge for every seat and ask your team to work their way. For many small teams, owning a simpler one costs less and fits better.

Renting

  • A fee for every person who logs in, rising as you hire
  • Your process bends to fit the tool
  • Your data lives in their account, on their terms
  • Features you pay for and never open

Owning Rapport

  • One setup fee; you pay your own hosting
  • The tool fits your stages, fields and words
  • Your data lives in your account. Export any time
  • Only what your team uses, extended when you need more

What you get

Everything a sales team needs, nothing it doesn't

Contacts and companies

Everyone you deal with in one place, with every call, email, note and deal on their record

A pipeline you can drag

Deals on a board, in the stages your team actually uses. Move a card, the forecast follows

Tasks and reminders

Follow-ups land on the right person on the right day, so no lead goes quiet by accident

Email to note

Forward an email to the CRM and it lands on the right contact, attachments and all

Import, export and API

Bring your spreadsheet in, take your data out as CSV any time, and connect other systems through the API

Google or Microsoft sign-in

Your team signs in with the accounts they already have. Other single sign-on on request

On the phone, even offline

Look up a contact or log a visit from the car park. It syncs when the signal comes back

In your team's language

The interface works in several languages, so a mixed team can use it in the one they think in

No per-seat fees

Add the whole team, interns and part-timers included. You pay for your own hosting, not for each login

Shaped to you

Built around how your team sells

Every client gets their own copy, branded as theirs. We start with your stages and your data, then extend it as your process grows.

Fields

Track what matters in your trade: site count, renewal date, fleet size, anything

Your stages, your names, your definition of won

Your website forms, accounting, email or the systems you already run

Questions

Before you ask

How long does setup take?

Usually 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your data. We agree the date on the first call, once we have seen your process and what you want to bring in.

Who hosts it?

You do. Rapport runs in a hosting account in your company's name, so the data and the system belong to you. We set it up there and, if you choose the monthly plan, look after it for you.

What does it cost to run?

Setup starts from £2,500, one-off. After that you pay your hosting provider directly at their published rates, with no licence fee per person. Hosting care, updates and support from us are optional, from £150 a month. We give you the expected hosting cost before you start.

Can it grow with us?

Yes. Add people at no extra licence cost, and when your process changes we add the fields, stages, integrations or automations you need. Custom work is quoted after a call.

Can you move our data from another CRM or a spreadsheet?

Yes. One data import is part of the setup: contacts, companies and deals from a spreadsheet or an export from your current CRM. We check it with you before your team starts.

What support do we get?

On the monthly plan we keep the hosting healthy, apply updates and answer your team's questions. Without it, the system is yours to run, and you can call on us when you need a change.

Is it an alternative to HubSpot or Pipedrive?

For a small team that needs contacts, deals and follow-ups done well, yes. Those are strong products, priced per person. Rapport suits teams who would rather own a simpler CRM, shaped to the way they sell.
